‘Pet Journal’ app UI design: “Home”, “Splash” and “Gallery” screens.

As a pet lover, I developed a concept for an app that allows you to keep track of our pets’ daily life. A sort of journal that aims both to keep memories of the happiest moments together and to help you take care of your darlings, planning routine activities such as vet visits and vaccinations, monitoring weight and diet, adding reminders and notes related to specific behaviours, needs and events.

Even considering a fundamental rule of UX Design (“you’re not your target audience”), I tried to put on the user’s shoes and imagined what I would appreciate in an app dedicated to pets and what would really made my life easier as a longtime pet owner.
Every interface element is designed for smooth navigation and a fun, engaging user experience.
I chose a vibrant color palette and soft, playful lines to reflect the strong personality and frisky nature of our furry friends.
