Sistech

Sistech is a European non-profit founded in 2017 to empower refugee women through access to tech and digital jobs.
From February to April 2025, I volunteered for Italy’s “Pathway” program, helping Fellows explore digital industry, conduct research, and improve their presentation and speaking skills. This experience has fostered growth not only for the Fellows but also for myself.

Inspired by this journey, I created a series of Instagram posts, including carousels and stories, to promote Sistech and showcase its audience, goals, and results.
While statistical data effectively highlights the results achieved, featuring the target audience in the campaigns helps the women addressed by Sistech’s programs identify with the stories and see the training opportunities as a concrete step toward their professional future. The three programs are clearly outlined to help Fellows navigate their options and choose – together with Sistech – the path that best fits their needs, during application windows.
