Pandora
Reserved area, email series and app for shop assistants, for Pandora Loyalty Program.
I was in charge of designing a reserved area for registered customers holding a Loyalty Card, allowing them to: sign in; complete their profile (progressive profiling); keep tracks of their progress, while earning points through their purchases (gamification).
My tasks included the design of the app UI for the Shop Assistants, that should enable them to: register new subscribers; keep tracks of their progress; credit points and manage the delivery of the rewards.
Finally, I designed the email series meant to engage and guide the customers along the journey and towards the achievement of the rewards.
The project presented a double challenge. First, we needed to design a multichannel experience aimed at engaging customers through seamless interactions and clear, effective communication. Second, we had to consider the very different needs, goals, and behaviours of shop assistants and end customers.
My tasks included: User Flow design; User Interface design; Email series design.
